Trinity College Dublin- an introduction. Post ID: 038698 Post Summary The School of Nursing & Midwifery, Trinity College Dublin is seeking to appoint an Assistant Professor in Midwifery. The primary purpose of this appointment is to contribute to midwifery education, research and administrative activities in the School. This appointment arises in response to the continued growth and development of the Midwifery profession within the School, and reflects a strategic commitment to expanding capacity, enhancing expertise, and building on Trinity College Dublin’s leadership in Midwifery education and research. The successful applicant will be expected to take up post on as soon as possible. Please note that Police vetting will be sought in respect of individuals who come under consideration for a post. Post status: Tenure Track - This position is Tenure Track position which is 5-years in the first instance, permanency is subject to satisfying the tenure requirements. Hours of Post: Hours of work for academic staff are those as prescribed under Public Service Agreements.
