Thrive: Trinity College Dublin's Strategic Plan 2025 - 2030 The Senior Tutor’s Office has responsibility for the Tutorial Service, which plays a central role in supporting students throughout their academic journey.  The Undergraduate Student Support Officer (USSO) is instrumental in ensuring the service supports students and staff. The person appointed to this role will assist and support under the direction of the USSO in the effective and efficient operation of the Tutorial Service and the Senior Tutor’s Office. The post holder will undertake reception and administrative duties, act as a first point of contact and referral for students and provide support and guidance to tutors. The role involves contributing to the coordination and smooth running of the College’s Tutorial Service by providing essential administrative support and by liaising closely with the Senior Tutor. The appointee will work closely with the Undergraduate Student Support Officer and other colleagues to ensure a high-quality, responsive support service for students and tutors. This is a full-time role in Ireland. We require that you hold immigration permission that allows full-time employment in this role. For this position we will not be able to support new employment permit applications. Post Status: 2 Year Fixed Term The duration of this contract is limited to the above fixed-term period as the role is required for a defined period to support the operational and administrative requirements of the Senior Tutor’s Office. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Executive Officer Merged scale (€34,023- €52,232 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.  monthly/weekly payscales.
