The role of the Trinity Global Experience Manager will be to manage and support the Trinity Global Experience team’s and other College student services activities across the entire lived experience of international students of which circa 35% of the student body is comprised.
Reporting to the Associate Director for Trinity Global Experience, the role will work proactively at both operational and strategic levels, in line with the current institutional and global engagement strategies, to ensure a positive international student experience through the design, and delivery of supports and services for international students. In addition, this role will manage complex student cases as they arise liaising with services both internal to the College and externally and will manage three staff.
This is a full-time role in Ireland. We require that you hold immigration permission that allows full-time employment in this role. For this position we will not be able to support new employment permit applications.

Specific Purpose
This post is for the specific purpose of managing the activities related to the Trinity Global Experience within Trinity Global, including but not exclusive to, student case management and the management of the Global Room, during a defined period of leave of the original post holder. The role is required on a temporary basis to ensure continuity of service delivery during an interim period pending the return from authorised leave of the incumbent.

35 hours per week
Salary:
Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 1 (1-3) (€70,942 - €91,774 per annum) and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.” https://www.tcd.ie/hr/employee-services/pay-scales/
