Post ID: 038940 Post Summary - The HR Manager, Employee Relations role at Trinity College Dublin is responsible for delivering high-quality employee relations and HR services to colleagues, managers, heads of area, and other key stakeholders within the College.  They will develop excellent relationships with key University stakeholders and trade union representatives to promote early engagement with the staff involved, and work with trade union representatives to ensure a timely and successful implementation of change initiatives. Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-6), Salary Scale (€70,942 -  €112,331) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. monthly/weekly payscales.
