Post ID: 038864 Post Summary The Faculty of Health Sciences invites applications for the post of Interprofessional Education (IPE) Administrator, which will support the schools across the Faculty with the coordination, delivery, and expansion of the interprofessional education (IPE) programme for the Faculty. This post will support the Assistant Professor in IPE, and a growing IPE team, to deliver the Faculty’s IPE strategy through coordinating both clinical and curricular IPE teaching and assessment for undergraduate students across all disciplines and schools in the Faculty of Health Sciences, and any other areas agreed by the Health Sciences Faculty Executive. This role will be critical to the successful growth of the IPE programme across the Faculty’s linked clinical partner sites, including acute hospital and community settings. Applicants will have a strong track record of university and/or healthcare administration. Knowledge of the Faculty of Health Sciences and its constituent Schools and linked clinical sites would be beneficial. The IPE Administrator will join a growing team of staff supporting IPE across the Faculty of Health Sciences. The IPE Administrator will be based within the Health Sciences Faculty Office, but will have a remit for IPE across multiple schools, disciplines, departments, clinical and community sites as directed by the IPE team. The primary physical location of the role is on the St James’s Hospital campus, but flexibility to work across multiple campus locations will be required. The successful candidate will be expected to take up post as soon as possible. Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Full-Time (Part-time arrangements amy be considered for the successful candidate) Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€46,410 - €58,086 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy. Location: Primary location is the St James’s Campus, with the requirement to work across multiple campuses.
