Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm (39 hours/week)
Participation in out-of-hours on-call rota
Flexibility for weekend work when necessary

A vacancy exists for a fully qualified plumber to join the Mechanical Services Team within the Technical Services section of the Estates & Facilities Department, which operates 24/7 across the University. A minimum of three years post apprenticeship experience is required. As part of the Mechanical Services Team, you will work under the direction of the Mechanical Chargehand/Mechanical Services Coordinator, reporting to the Technical Services Manager.

This appointment will be made on the Fortnightly Craftsperson Salary Scale (€1,765.44- € 1,853.93 per fortnight) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
