Truly Dental is hiring two qualified Dental Nurses to cover chairside shifts across five of our smaller clinics in Dublin and Wicklow.

The role
You will cover chairside shifts across Charlestown, Bray, Citywest, Cherrywood and Donnybrook.
These are full time roles, but not fixed to one surgery. Our smaller clinics run tight teams, and when someone is on leave or a list gets busy they need a nurse who can walk in and get straight to work.
You will not do the same day twice. By the end of your first few months you will know five teams and five ways of working instead of one.
It suits someone who likes variety, reads a room quickly, and would rather be useful in five places than comfortable in one.
What you will be doing
- Chairside assistance across general, restorative, endodontic and hygiene appointments
- Preparing surgeries and turning rooms around between patients
- Running the decontamination cycle end to end, including sterilisation and instrument tracking
- Keeping clinical notes accurate and same day on our practice software
- Watching stock levels and flagging what needs reordering before it runs out
- Settling anxious patients, which is a real part of the job here and not an afterthought
- Picking up each clinic's way of working quickly and fitting into the team on the day
What we are looking for
- Registration with the Dental Council of Ireland, or eligibility to register
- At least one year of chairside experience in general practice
- A full driving licence and access to a car, as you will move between clinics
- Confident spoken and written English
- Someone reliable, adaptable and calm when a day changes at short notice
Nice to have but not essential: radiography certificate, experience with intraoral scanners, implant or orthodontic assisting.
