Further Vacancy Details Senior Research Co-Ordinator – Senior Research Nurse Manager INFANT Research Centre 36 Months Specific purpose/whole-time post INFANT Research Centre is now accepting applications for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Research Coordinator – Senior Research Nurse Manager to provide senior nursing leadership across a portfolio of clinical research studies and strategic projects within INFANT. This is a centre-wide role, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing requirements across multiple active and planned studies. The postholder will manage and support the INFANT nursing team, ensure that all projects have appropriate nursing cover, and provide direct nursing input on larger or strategically important studies. Working closely with Principal Investigators, project leads, the INFANT Quality Team, and collaborating clinical teams, the successful candidate will ensure that research nursing activity is delivered to the highest standards of participant safety, family-centred care, research quality, and regulatory compliance. In addition to operational leadership, the Senior Research Nurse Manager will engage in research activity appropriate to the role, including contributing to protocol development, implementation of high-quality study procedures, dissemination through abstracts, presentations and publications, and the embedding of Patient and Public Involvement (PPI) in study planning and delivery. The postholder will also be expected to demonstrate strong GDPR awareness, sound people-management capability, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a quality-managed research environment.
