Applications are invited for a temporary post of a Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 within School of Mechanical and Materials Engineering.
This project investigates data from wind energy networks and carries out data analytics, with a focus in structural health monitoring, to translate data into information. To do so, the analytics takes on modelling, statistics and AI, along with physical tests where relevant. The key responsibility will be to deliver this vision of data-driven decision making support tools and evidences. The work requires a well trained person in this regard who can drive this area for the group and support us in maximising dissemination and engagement. The position reports to Vikram Pakrashi in UCD.
PD1 Salary: €47,273 - €47,879 per annum.
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
