UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow 1, UCD School of Biomolecular & Biomedical Science, Temporary 24 month post Applications are invited for a Temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow 1  within UCD School of Biomolecular & Biomedical Science The bioeconomy encompasses the production of renewable biological resources and the conversion of these resources and waste streams into value added products, such as food, feed, biobased products and bioenergy.  The SFI funded Bioeconomy research centre (BiOrbic) performs world leading frontier research in collaboration with industry to convert Ireland's natural resources on land and in the sea to a wide range of value added products for the development of a sustainable Irish bioeconomy.  Biorbic’s research programme aligns with the European Biobased Industries Joint undertaking (BBI-JU) strategic research and innovation agenda (SIRA). Fixed Salary: €46,805 per annum Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 31/03/2026 .
