Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 2 within UCD School of Physics.
This is an advanced research-focused postdoctoral position within an international EPSRC–SFI collaboration investigating polarisation-driven surface chemistry in free-standing ferroelectric materials. The successful candidate will conduct experimental research using advanced atomic force microscopy techniques, including piezoresponse force microscopy (PFM), Kelvin probe force microscopy (KPFM), and environmental AFM methods, to investigate ferroelectric domain behaviour under controlled environmental conditions.
Fixed Salary: €54,850 per annum
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
