The Role
Uniphar is embarking on an ambitious, multi-year transformation program and is seeking a PMO Analyst to support our PMO across transformation initiatives. The PMO Analyst will play a key role in ensuring effective portfolio governance and reporting, working closely with stakeholders across PMO to bring consistency to data outputs from our PPM tool and analyse trends at a project & portfolio level, providing actionable insights to support investment and delivery decisions. Success in the role will be measured by improved data quality, increased confidence in portfolio reporting, and stronger governance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities / Outcomes
- Deliver timely, accurate portfolio dashboards that enable executive decision‑making
- Track KPIs, benefits realisation, and project health across programs.
- Support governance processes (e.g., stage gates, risk reviews).
- Analyse resource utilisation, financials, and timelines.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across project tools
- Contribute to the evolution of PMO standards, templates, and reporting approaches
- Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
Role Specification
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders to validate and challenge project data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Growth mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Project management experience and understanding of PM methodologies
- Process-oriented, likes frameworks and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years+ in a PMO Analyst or similar project management role
- Experience working with PM, PPM or portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Relevant Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) desirable
