Post Specific Related Information

  • Demonstrate depth and breadth of post‑qualification experience in pharmacotherapy, including advanced clinical decision‑making, complex medication review and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Experience in specialist areas such as chronic disease management, polypharmacy, high‑risk medicines, or therapeutics is desirable.
