Security Officer, Bank Contract - UPMC Whitfield Hospital, Waterford

• Managing main reception and be welcoming to staff visitors • Manage contractors and associated paperwork • Manage visiting company representatives • Deal with queries from visitors and guests • Controlling large numbers of keys being issued to staff members • Monitoring and adjusting access control systems • Assist patients if required • Monitoring and controlling Fire systems • Monitoring of carpark and barrier systems • Enforcing company rules and policies • Protect property, staff, visitors, and guests • Ability to multitask in a busy environment • Support patrolling officers where required • Work closely and report to site supervisor daily • Deal with emergencies and consult with Gardaí where required if necessary
