The principal mission of this position is to manage the Site's Process & Test Engineering team and define the long-term industrial strategy, with a strong focus on advanced manufacturing and robotics.

  • Manage the Process & Test Engineering teams within the Site.

  • Define the industrial guidelines and strategy, with a strong emphasis on automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing technologies (process, equipment, plant layout, etc.).

  • Ensure the deployment of process objectives and maintain high compliance levels within the Site.

  • Manage and ensure the coherence of industrialisation programs across the Site.

  • Manage the industrial investments program.

  • Monitor automated machine performance and lead continuous improvement plans.

  • Drive the implementation and optimisation of industrial technologies, particularly focusing on robotics and high-speed automation systems.

  • Manage and lead the Process and Test Expertise within the Site.

  • Coordinate internal interfaces between the Site and global functions, including Product Groups, Product Lines, Regional Operations, and the Process Expertise Center.

  • Manage the industrial teams covering plant, production, and industrialisation.

  • Manage the Site's industrial plan in line with the long-term strategic plan.

  • Coordinate and promote standardisation projects for products and processes.

  • Participate in the Technical Committee and validate process Engineering Change Requests (ECR).

  • Manage and validate complex industrialisation projects, ensuring the effective deployment of robotic and automated manufacturing solutions, with expert support.

  • Define program allocation during the annual capital allocation and industrial approval process.

  • Participate in key operational and project review committees and the sourcing committee.

  • Apply standardisation rules for equipment and tools provided by the Product Group.

  • Define programs and Budget Targets.

  • Master the Site’s Industrial Performance across Delivery Logistics, Quality, and Asset Utilization.

  • Support daughter Sites during ramp-up phases and processes issues.

Education/Training

 

Degree in university and Engineering is required.


 

Professional Experience

  • Requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including automotive industrial experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in deploying, commissioning, and managing robotic/automated manufacturing systems is highly preferred.
