• Engineering (R&D and Development): ETO (Engineer-to-Order) and NPDI (New Product Development & Introduction) roles
• Thermodynamic and Thermal Engineering roles, focused on system performance and optimization
• Controls and Applications Engineering roles, including system integration and solution design
• Application Engineering and Senior Technical Sales Engineering roles, bridging technical expertise with customer solutions

You’re an ideal candidate if you have:

• A strong background in engineering (R&D, systems, or application engineering), with exposure to product development lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience designing or supporting solutions in critical infrastructure, thermal management, data centers, or related technologies (preferred)
• Solid problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation, performance optimization, and reliability
• Ability to work effectively with product management, project teams, and commercial stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed, international environment
• Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
