BMS Package Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a major data centre project team. This role will be responsible for managing the delivery, coordination, and commissioning of BMS and EPMS systems through to final handover.

Requirements

• Manage BMS/EPMS package delivery from installation through to commissioning
• Attend daily coordination meetings and afternoon DABs
• Act as main point of contact for vendors, resolving site issues
• Review drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals, progressing design queries
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure commissioning activities remain on programme
• Attend commissioning, client, and vendor meetings
• Review L3 testing outputs (screenshots, system performance)
• Inspect completed works for QA/QC sign-off
• Manage and upload commissioning documentation to the Cx portal, tracking RAG status

Skills & Qualifications:

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or Controls
• Experience with BMS/EPMS systems on large-scale construction or data centre projects
• Strong understanding of commissioning and system integration
• Ability to read technical drawings and manage vendor coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
