Purpose-led work you’ll be part of

As a Business Administrator you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Working closely with the EA group as well as Directors, Senior Managers and Managers across the firm on client deliverables

  • Diary management and meeting coordination

  • Dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information appropriately

  • Booking and preparing conference rooms for staff and external visitors

  • Coordinating travel/accommodation arrangements, liaising with our internal travel office and developing detailed itineraries

  • Developing and maintaining strong, positive and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Working as a team player, being part of a team where thinking strategically is important and valued

  • Open to working on tasks outside of general duties and looking to consistently learn and develop new skills within the team

  • Assist with ad hoc office and facilities requirements, including coordinating refreshments, organising breakfasts, and setting up meeting rooms to support effective meetings.

  • General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, email management, expense processing, purchase orders

  • Overall responsibility for administration support

  • Back up for reception as required

Experiences and skills

  • Relevant experience in a similar professional role

  • Excellent administration skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and databases

  • Salesforce experience an advantage

  • Resilience: the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and a high standard of work

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Team player: ability to engage with the team and provide support and flexibility

  • Understanding the need for working discreetly and maintaining confidentiality

  • Ability to prioritise, manage own work flow, and use own initiative

  • Ability to problem solve and work independently as required

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Flexibility, proactiveness, and a positive attitude
