AssociateJob Description & Summary
To provide firmwide management information. This role involves responsibility for ensuring monthly client revenue, profitability and other operational information is prepared accurately and available on a timely basis to Partners and Managers throughout the firm.Specific Areas of Responsibility:
Responsibility for ad hoc revenue and other financial and management reporting.
Active participation in reporting and related system enhancement projects.
Responsible for aspects of the budget process.
Responsible for aspects of the month end process.
Seek to make process improvements using digital and other tools.
Involvement in other ad hoc Finance projects.
Ensuring an excellent MIS support service is provided to the management team.
Experience and Skills Required:
Ideally will have 3 years work experience in a financial reporting type role.
Experience in professional services or similar industry is preferred but not essential.
Excellent IT skills – to include advanced Excel, macros/VBA, and pivot tables.
Experience with Power BI, or similar data visualisation software, and/or Alteryx a plus.
Sound judgement, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
A practical approach to problem solving.
Ability to think creatively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Take responsibility for ensuring work is completed efficiently.
Manages multiple tasks – able to prioritise as appropriate.
Contributes to the development of project plans.

Very strong customer service focus – committed to quality and excellence with attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and use new technology.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
3rd level education or professional accountancy or similar qualification.
