The Role
- Collaborate with Agile team and Product Owner to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog integrity.
- Ensure requirements (functional & non-functional) are documented and traceable.
- Maintain understanding of IT delivery roadmap and align backlog accordingly.
- Validate KPIs and ensure they can be measured within development activities.
- Identify, document and manage cross team/external dependencies in alignment with delivery plan
- Use client personas to refine work items and improve user experience.
- Support prioritization decisions with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Lead story decomposition, process mapping, and requirement elicitation.
- Partner with UX to incorporate personas and deliver excellent user experiences.
- Keep ALM tools updated and communicate progress during stand-ups.
- Mentor peers on business analysis best practices and continuously improve BA tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights to solutions.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and collaborative team player.
- IIBA, SAFe certification is a plus.
