The Role
- Design, develop, maintain, and test new and existing software features.
- Lead complex development tasks and contribute to estimation and planning.
- Write clean, well‑documented code and support automated and manual testing.
- Collaborate daily with the agile team, reporting progress and impediments.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Test Engineers, and Technical Support to ensure smooth delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Support proof‑of‑concepts, prototyping, and adherence to architectural standards.
- Keep ALM tools updated and ensure transparency on project status.
- Focus on delivering customer value and enhancing user experience.
What you offer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
Technical Skills
Required:
- COBOL, IMS, DB2, JCL, VSAM
