The Role
- Define and execute product roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- Translate client needs into actionable backlog items and maintain a prioritized backlog.
- Set KPIs, track adoption, and monitor benefit realization for delivered solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders and clients to validate assumptions and gather feedback.
- Ensure technical integrity and operational readiness for new capabilities.
- Apply Agile methodologies and leverage tools for planning, estimation, and progress tracking.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share best practices within Product Owner forums.
What You Offer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Proven experience delivering technical projects and leading teams.
- Product Owner certification (PSPO/CSPO) preferred.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Technical acumen to collaborate with architects and development teams.
- Ability to influence decisions, drive change, and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative problem-solving, negotiation, and adaptability in ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to continuous improvement.
