The Role
- Lead collaboration with Agile teams and Product Owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain backlog integrity.
- Ensure all requirements (functional & non-functional) are documented, traceable, and aligned with the IT delivery roadmap.
- Validate KPIs and ensure measurable outcomes are embedded in development activities.
- Identify, document, and manage cross-team and external dependencies to support delivery plans.
- Use client personas and business insights to enhance user experience and inform prioritization decisions.
- Drive story decomposition, process mapping, and advanced requirement elicitation.
- Partner with UX and architecture teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions.
- Maintain ALM tools and provide clear progress updates during stand-ups and stakeholder sessions.
- Mentor and coach Business Analysts, fostering growth and continuous improvement in analysis practices and tools.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively apply insights to influence strategic solutions.
What You Offer
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in Agile environments with proven leadership in business analysis.
- Salesforce/MuleSoft experience a distinct advantage
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members.
- IIBA or SAFe certification preferred.
