Web Platform Developer (Automation & Integrations)

We are seeking a talented Web Platform Developer to join our team and deliver high-quality web projects while helping us expand our automation, integrations, and AI capabilities.

This role is ideal for a developer with strong technical expertise in WordPress and modern front-end development, combined with the ability to build integrations, automate workflows, and leverage AI-powered tools to improve internal systems and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Web Platform Development

• Architect, build, and maintain high-quality websites and digital platforms using WordPress and modern front-end technologies.
• Translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web experiences.
• Develop reusable front-end components and scalable design systems to support multiple projects and websites.
• Build and manage advanced WordPress functionality including custom themes, plugins, Custom Post Types (CPTs), and dynamic content systems.
• Ensure all builds meet best practices for performance, accessibility (WCAG), SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

Systems Integrations & Automation

• Design and implement integrations between websites and business platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, payment processors, and analytics platforms.
• Develop and maintain API integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.
• Build automated workflows that connect internal tools and reduce manual processes across marketing, sales, and operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data flow across platforms.

AI-Enabled Solutions

• Implement AI-powered features such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and automation tools within web platforms.
• Integrate AI services and APIs to enhance user experiences, internal tools, and customer support capabilities.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve operational efficiency, automation, or digital experiences.

Platform Performance & Infrastructure

• Optimize website performance including Core Web Vitals, page speed, caching strategies, and asset optimization.
• Manage website hosting environments, CDN configurations, DNS, and deployment processes (Cloudflare, etc.).
• Monitor and troubleshoot website performance, uptime, and technical issues.
• Perform site migrations, backups, and infrastructure improvements when necessary.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
• Provide technical insight during planning phases to help shape scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to improving development processes, automation, and documentation.
• Stay current with emerging technologies in web development, automation, and AI to continuously improve our digital platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Deep experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, CPTs)
• Experience translating Figma designs into responsive web pages
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and third-party services
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience implementing automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom integrations
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and SEO-friendly development
• Knowledge of hosting environments, DNS, and CDN configuration
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows

Bonus / Nice to Have

• Familiarity with serverless functions or backend services
• Experience integrating AI services (OpenAI, chatbots, knowledge agents, etc.)
• Experience connecting web platforms with marketing automation and analytics systems
• Experience with test automation or QA workflows
