Finishing Foreperson

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Foreperson to support the delivery of high-quality construction projects based in Cork.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the finishing phase of projects, ensuring all elements are delivered to the highest standards, snag-free, on time, and within budget.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality finishes across all elements of the project

• Implement and manage the project Quality Plan and ITPs

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met

• Monitor mock-ups, sample panels, and first-of-kind installations

• Prepare and manage snag lists, ensuring timely close-out

• Carry out inspections and quality checks in line with programme requirements

• Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and standards

• Support BCAR inspections and handover processes

• Maintain strong communication with site teams, subcontractors, and management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson or similar role

• Strong focus on quality control and high-end finishes

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

• Good understanding of ITPs, snagging, and handover processes

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland

• Strong organisation and communication skills
