Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer to join a largeresidential project in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer who is ready to step up into a more senior role, taking greater ownership on a large-scale residential project while working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager.

What You'll Do

• Support the Project Manager and Site Manager with day-to-day project delivery

• Assist and guide Site Engineers with setting out and daily site activities

• Upload and manage survey equipment / logger data

• Check setting out works and provide guidance on look-ahead planning

• Coordinate with key trades including groundworks, RC crews, bricklayers, and subcontractors

• Call off materials including concrete, rebar, drainage, and site services

• Carry out as-built surveys and site measurements

• Complete and manage inspections and observations for both Conack and Design Teams

• Ensure inspections are followed through and closed out efficiently

• Monitor programme progress and assist with site coordination and sequencing

• Maintain strong communication across the project team to support smooth delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Site Engineer on construction projects in Ireland

• Strong setting out and site coordination experience

• Experience working on residential construction projects preferred

• Good understanding of RC frame, drainage, and site infrastructure

• Experience using survey equipment / site loggers

• Ability to manage and support junior engineers on site

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Looking to take the next step into a Senior Site Engineer position
