Food & Beverage Servers

Dromoland Castle is currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join our team across the resort’s dining outlets. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an award-winning hospitality team, delivering exceptional service within one of Ireland’s most iconic luxury destinations.

Overview of the Role

• Working 5 days over 7 (Monday to Sunday) depending on business needs

• Shifts will vary across Food & Beverage outlets, therefore flexibility is essential

• Set up tables and service areas to five-star standards

• Take, retrieve, and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure positive guest engagement at all times

• Assist with private events, weddings, and corporate functions across the resort

• Support the training and development of junior waiters and waitresses

• Provide assistance in other Food & Beverage outlets within the resort when required

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality environment

• Friendly, engaging, and outgoing personality

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage busy service periods

• A team player with a positive and professional attitude

• Flexible in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends
