Reporting to the Head of Environmental, Safety and Governance Contract type: Permanent contract (6-month probationary period) Administrative Officer Grade 1 Closing date: Friday 17th of April 2026 The successful candidate will work as part of the ESG department to collect, validate, analyse and visualise data to enable accurate disclosures under legislative frameworks. They will support the organisations sustainability and ESG reporting obligations and assist in administrative support functions across the ESG department. We are accepting applications from candidates that have the following requirements: Applications are invited from candidates who have: 3rd level qualification in sustainability, environmental science, data science, engineering, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, ESG reporting, or sustainability-related roles. Familiarity with sustainability regulations and reporting (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, CSDDD) is highly desirable. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA ERP, especially in extracting, managing, or analysing financial data. Experience supporting administrative functions is an advantage. Information technology – Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft programmes.
