Bar Staff

Great National Hotel Ballina are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our Food & Beverage team.

If you enjoy working with people and take pride in delivering excellent service, we would love to hear from you.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming guests and providing attentive, professional service.
• Taking food and drink orders and serving guests.
• Setting up, clearing and maintaining tables and service areas.
• Supporting service in our bar, restaurant, weddings and events.
• Working with the team to keep service running smoothly during busy periods.

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• A reliable team player with good attention to detail.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but applications are also welcome from candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
