Breakfast Team Member

Temple Gate Hotel, Ennis

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and energetic Breakfast Team Member to join our Food & Beverage team at Temple Gate Hotel.

This role involves early morning shifts on both weekdays and weekends, typically from 6:15am to 12:30pm.

The hours may be particularly suitable for students, including international students/student visa holders who have the appropriate permission to work in Ireland, as shifts finish early in the day.

The Role

As part of our Breakfast Team, you will help ensure our guests start their day with a warm welcome and a great experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and seating guests for breakfast
• Explaining the breakfast buffet and assisting guests where needed
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast area
• Clearing and resetting tables throughout service
• Keeping the buffet and restaurant clean, tidy and well presented
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team
• Following food hygiene, health & safety and hotel standards
• Assisting with the clean-down and preparation for the next service

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual – early morning availability is essential
• Available to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends
• Comfortable working in a busy environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided
• A team player who takes pride in providing a great guest experience

Hours

Typical shift: 6:15am – 12:30pm

This position may particularly suit students looking to work around college or study commitments, including eligible international students with permission to work in Ireland.
