About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background building innovative solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot, M365 Agent Toolkit, Microsoft Foundry and the Power Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Solution Development
· Design and implement AI solutions using a wide range of Azure AI services including:
· Microsoft Foundry
· Azure AI Search
· Azure Function Remote MCP
· Build and deploy Agents using M365 Agent Toolkit, Foundry & Copilot Studio.
· Work with the business to identify high value use cases.
Integration & Automation
· Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and model readiness.
· Use Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions to orchestrate real-time AI workflows.
Model Management & Optimization
· Train, fine-tune, and monitor AI models for performance, accuracy, and fairness.
· Implement feedback loops and continuous learning pipelines.
· Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
Collaboration & Strategy
· Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define problem statements.
· Contribute to the AI roadmap and participate in architecture reviews.
· Mentor junior engineers and support internal training initiatives.
Key Requirements:
· Minimum ten years in data engineering, data science, or software development.
· At least five years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services.
· Minimum two years building enterprise AI solutions, including Copilot agents.
Technical Skills
· Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript.
· Experience with M365, Copilot, M365 Agent Toolkit, Microsoft Foundry, and Copilot Studio, MCP.
· Familiarity with LLMs, prompt & context engineering, and knowledge base integration.
Soft Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
· Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Azure certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate).
· Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate).
· Background in building AI for regulated environments (e.g., finance, engineering).
