The Role

JOB SPECIFICATION  
Precision Advertising Associate

Our Precision Advertising team is responsible for the strategy, activation, and execution
of data-driven digital advertising campaigns for key clients across Core.
We are seeking a proactive individual with a strong sense of curiosity and a passion for
creating and managing digital ad campaigns.
Working within our Performance practice and reporting to the Head of Precision
Advertising, you will collaborate closely with our Social and Programmatic teams as part
of an integrated approach.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with internal Performance teams, other practices, and external
agencies to implement and manage data-driven display, social, and video ad
campaigns
• Build display, social, and VOD assets in adherence to brand guidelines
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement regular updates to digital ads
• Support ongoing optimisation of campaigns to meet client KPIs and performance
targets
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and adherence to industry trends and best
practices

Your profile

Experience
• Degree in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related discipline (relevant experience
may also be considered)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and
InDesign desirable)
• Demonstrable interest in marketing, digital media, design, and advertising
technology
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Skills
• Strong eye for design with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Highly organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Curious, driven, and proactive in approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and complex environment
• Excellent communication and writing skills

Salary Range

30,000 - 31,000 DOE
