About the Role
This role is responsible for executing Point of Sale (POS) logistics planning across Market Companies (MCs), ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of materials from suppliers through to warehouses and onward to affiliates.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to maintain service quality, optimise stock management, and improve route-to-market processes. The role also supports procurement and operational teams in delivering seamless logistics execution aligned to business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution
- Manage end-to-end POS logistics processes, including order creation, processing, and shipment coordination using SAP and MyStore
- Coordinate order fulfilment, invoicing, and shipping documentation
- Maintain accurate stock levels and pricing within MyStore systems
- Manage inventory control processes with 3PL providers (e.g. Staci, Custodian, DHL)
- Support SKU setup with Category teams to meet supplier deadlines
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Process goods receipt in SAP and update relevant tracking systems (e.g. BW files)
- Coordinate with Control Tower to consolidate orders and optimise delivery efficiency
- Create and manage credit/debit notes where required
- Validate pricing and costs across SAP, BW, and Finance inputs; escalate discrepancies
- Apply 3PL charges accurately to customer orders
- Support buying windows by consolidating demand to minimise costs
Logistics & Financial Management
- Monitor and manage freight costs, including journal transfers and cost centre tracking
- Support invoice creation for 3PL services and internal chargebacks
- Review and challenge 3PL rates to ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure alignment with Finance on pricing updates and cost accuracy
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve stock management, processes, and route-to-market efficiency
- Monitor 3PL performance and support progress tracking against service levels
- Anticipate risks and escalate issues that may impact delivery or cost targets
- Provide reports and updates to management as required
- Contribute to the broader domestic operations team objectives

Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and order management processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail, particularly in data accuracy and financial validation
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and customer support
Desirable
- Experience working with 3PL providers and logistics networks
- Exposure to inventory management systems (e.g. MyStore, BW or similar)
- Understanding of cost control, freight management, or financial processes in supply chain
- Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced operational environment
- Continuous improvement mindset with experience identifying efficiencies
