Senior AI Software Developer

Quest Software is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to help bring AI-powered coding practices into an established on-premises enterprise software product. This role combines strong hands-on C#/.NET and C++ development with practical experience using AI coding agents, AI-assisted software development tools, and agentic development workflows.

The successful candidate will be expected to contribute directly to the product codebase while also helping the team adopt AI coding approaches that improve development speed, code quality, test coverage, refactoring and troubleshooting. We are looking for someone who has used AI coding agents in real software development work and can translate that experience into repeatable practices for the project team.

This is a remote position ~ Candidate must be located in Canada
