Job Purpose

We're hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience for a platform that sources, manages, and pays our verified expert pool of linguists and domain specialists, from the vendor-facing side to the internal tools our own teams use to run it. 

You won't be a downstream resource picking up specs, you'll be in the room from the start: shaping the problem alongside product and engineering, not just the screens at the end of it. 

You'll work alongside an engineering team that ships product end to end using agentic coding tools as their default workflow. You're expected to keep pace: using AI-assisted design tools in your own process, and turning rough ideas into tested, shippable interfaces quickly.
