Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Safety Administrator to join Europe’s largest airline group.

The DUB based Safety Team are responsible for management of all air safety reports across the group airlines in addition to continous improvements to procedures and processes
Please note: This is a temp position
Duties Include:
Manage the day‑to‑day administration of Air Safety Reports.
Attend daily safety meetings.
Ensure the timely submission, follow‑up, and closure of Mandatory Occurrence Reports in compliance with Regulation (EU) No 376/2014.
Support the department manager with the day‑to‑day management and administration of the Ryanair Safety Services Office.
Maintain and update safety trackers.
Ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Air Transport Management or similar is desired but not essential.
Excellent organisational skills.
Good multitasker with the ability to prioritise
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
Full computer literacy with experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet Explorer)
