Client Services Manager - Maternity Cover

Reports to: DOC Operations Manager

Location: Dublin 15, travel required

Contract: Fixed-Purpose Maternity Cover – Approx. 9–12 months

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Role Overview

Samsic Facility is looking for an experienced Client Services Manager to join our DOC team on a maternity cover contract.

Working alongside our Area Managers and Key Account Management team, you will support the day-to-day management of client contracts, ensuring high service standards, strong client relationships and effective operational delivery.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Area Manager, Client Services Manager or similar operational professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Area Managers and operational teams with day-to-day service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients and respond to their requirements and queries.
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, SLAs and contractual standards.
• Carry out site visits, inspections, audits and client reviews.
• Support recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations.
• Promote high standards of health & safety and compliance.
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, timekeeping and operational issues.
• Work with internal teams to improve service delivery and identify opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in an Area Manager, Client Services Manager or similar operational role, ideally within Facilities Management, Cleaning or a service environment.
• Strong team leadership and client management experience.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and competing priorities.
• Full, clean driver's licence and flexibility to travel between client sites.
• Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with KPIs, SLAs, QBRs, workforce management systems, account growth or contract expansion.
