Description
Main Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Group Finance Manager to join Taoglas on a permanent basis. The role will initially focus on covering a maternity leave through to Q4 2027, with responsibility for core Group Finance activities including consolidation reporting, oversight of regional finance teams and audit coordination (see Key Responsibilities described below). From Q4 2027 onwards, the role will evolve and continue as a Group Finance Manager position, with responsibilities shaped to support the Groupâs ongoing growth and priorities.Responsibilities
Group Financial Reporting & Consolidation
- Prepare the monthly consolidated Group accounts, including:
- Profit & Loss statement
- Balance Sheet
- Cash Flow Statement
- Prepare and review groupâlevel reconciliations.
- MonthâEnd Close Management
- Team Leadership & Oversight
- Audit & Statutory Reporting
- Budgeting
- Cash Flow & Treasury Oversight
- Controls, Process & Continuous Improvement
Knowledge and Experience
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in group consolidation and multiâentity reporting.
- Proven ability to manage and review work produced by regional finance teams.
- Solid understanding of balance sheet control and cash flow forecasting.
- Experience managing external audits and preparing statutory financial statements.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator, comfortable coordinating across geographies and time zones.
