Applications are invited for a UCD Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 to support research on academics' perceptions of their organisational worth in a leading research-intensive university.
The Post-doctoral Research Fellowship will be administer by the School of Public Health, Physiotherapy and Sports Science under the supervision of Professor Eamonn Delahunt in collaboration with Dr Barry Molloy (UCD School of Archaeology).
The project will investigate how academic faculty (across disciplines and academic grades) perceive their organisational worth. The research design will involve the use of both quantitative (e.g., surveys) and qualitative (e.g., interviews) data collection methods. The role will involve the collection, analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
This is an academic research role, where you will conduct a specified programme of research supported by research training and development under the supervision and direction of a Principal Investigator.
The primary purpose of the role is to further develop your research skills and competences, including the processes of publication in peer-reviewed academic publications and scholarly dissemination.
Salary Range: €47,273 - €51,176 Per Annum Pro Rata @ 0.75FTE
Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
