Role Profile
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record in one or more of the following areas: Design and delivery of modules to MSc students, biopharmaceutical Analysisback ground, track record in engagement with industry. The appointee will develop a new MSc program within the SCS, will be involved in coordinating this programme when launched, be involved in teaching to the MSc programme. Building positive relationships with professional support staff and technical and pedagogy specialists, and engagement with key stakeholders within and outside of DCU is an important part of this role. The appointee will be expected to carry out activities in the areas of Teaching & Learning, and Service & Contribution to the University. Specific details are set out below. The successful Applicant will report to the Head of School and work closely with other colleagues. Ideally the successful candidate will be able to commence as soon as possible.

Salary Scale: Assistant Professor Salary Scale - €65,229 - €104,536
Appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in line with current Government pay policy.
