About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who has a genuine interest in digital delivery, construction technology, and process improvement. The role supports the day-to-day management of digital tools, workflows, and reporting, helping to drive consistency, compliance, and user support across projects, while offering excellent opportunities for learning and development within a growing digital team.
Key Responsibilities:
Meeting documentation: Support meeting outcomes by capturing and validating decisions and action items, maintaining a clear meeting action log with owners and due dates, and issuing follow-ups where required. Where AI-enabled note capture is used, perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Role & Access Management: Support user access, role governance, and directory maintenance in digital systems to ensure appropriate permissions and consistent application of standards. Apply standard roles, record changes, assist with project setup requests, and help coordinate periodic access and role reviews.
Digital Project Support: Support digital delivery and improvement initiatives by helping coordinate timelines, deliverables, governance set-up, cost and status reporting, and issue tracking. Help resolve minor issues, escalate where needed, and maintain audit-ready project records to support clear oversight of agreed workstreams.
Cross- Department Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, department representatives, and digital champions to communicate updates, gather inputs, manage requests, and help maintain alignment across business functions in support of agreed digital priorities.
Admin & Reporting tasks: Provide administrative and reporting support, including scheduling, preparing documents and meeting packs, updating dashboards and trackers, maintaining structured records, and supporting document control and routine reporting activities.
Process Improvement & Training Support: Support onboarding and user enablement activities, including the Digital Champions programme, help prepare simple guidance notes, SOPs, and workflow instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement of digital processes, templates, and platform settings in line with agreed standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
2-3 years' experience in digital delivery, project coordination, document control, systems support, operations, or a related field (graduates with relevant internships/placements will also be considered).
Technical skills: Autodesk Forma (previously Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)), Autodesk Platform Services (APS) (desirable), Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word), Power BI/Fabric.
Understanding of digital construction, BIM, document control, or ISO 19650 principles is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
Willingness to travel occasionally, where required.
What We Offer:
Over time, the person in this role should take on more ownership of routine activities, contribute to a broader range of digital tasks, and become a reliable point of coordination for agreed workstreams. It offers a clear path to build experience and grow into greater responsibility.
