Key Responsibilities:
- Install electrical containment systems in accordance with provided schematics and drawings.
- Carry out cable glanding and termination to ensure safe, secure, and compliant connections.
- Install lighting systems, including general, overhead, and emergency lighting.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations, company procedures, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrician within an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
- Thorough understanding of electrical safety protocols and regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for fault diagnosis.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work on-site across multiple project locations within the Leinster region.
- Relevant qualifications such as a National Trade Card or NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation/Maintenance), or equivalent.
- Experience in data centres, renewable energy, or substations is advantageous but not essential.
