Role Overview 

We are seeking a Project Manager – Business Change & Transformation to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the business. 

This role is business‑focused, not related to construction or EPC project delivery. You will lead and coordinate initiatives that enable organisational change ensuring they are delivered in a structured, well‑governed, and outcomes‑focused manner. 

Reporting into a senior stakeholder group, the role will work closely with leaders and functional teams across the organisation. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of global business change initiatives, from definition through to implementation. 

• Translate strategic objectives into clear project plans with defined scope, milestones, governance, and success measures. 

• Establish and manage project controls, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting. 

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and act as a central point of accountability for delivery. 

• Support stakeholder engagement and change planning to ensure successful adoption of new ways of working. 

• Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior leadership and project sponsors. 

• Maintain high‑quality project documentation and ensure lessons learned are captured. 

• Contribute to the development of consistent project and change delivery practices across the business. 

Experience & Requirements 

Essential 

• Proven experience delivering business change, transformation, or enterprise initiatives. 

• Strong project management capability across planning, governance, execution, and reporting. 

• Experience working in a complex, fast‑growing, or matrixed organisation. 

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive delivery in a structured, pragmatic way. 

Desirable 

• Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile). 

• Experience supporting initiatives such as systems implementation, operating model change, or process improvement. 

• Exposure to formal change management approaches. 

• Experience working with global stakeholders.
