Join Jacobs and play a critical role in shaping Ireland’s most important infrastructure programmes. As a Contract Manager, you’ll bring commercial leadership and contract expertise to complex, high-profile projects such as BusConnects, DART+ and other nationally significant transport programmes.

You’ll be at the heart of delivery—ensuring robust contract management, driving performance, and supporting strategic growth opportunities—while building trusted relationships across project teams, clients and partners. Your work will directly influence how major programmes are delivered across Ireland, helping to create sustainable, future-ready infrastructure.

About the Opportunity

Jacobs is seeking a delivery-focused Contract Management professional to support commercial activities across major infrastructure programmes in Ireland.

Working across frameworks, standalone contracts and multi-package delivery environments, you will provide contract management and administration support to Tier 1 projects. You’ll interface with senior stakeholders and play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery, performance and reporting.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute not only to project execution, but also to growth and sales activities, supporting strategic opportunities across our Cities & Places business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide NEC contract management and administration across complex infrastructure programmes
  • Support delivery teams in managing commercial performance and risk
  • Act as a key point of contact for contract-related matters and commercial issues
  • Interface with senior stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to reporting, performance tracking and governance processes
  • Support wider business growth, including input into bids and strategic opportunities
Here's what you'll need

We’re looking for a commercially astute professional who thrives in complex, delivery-focused environments:

  • Proven experience in contract management and commercial delivery within infrastructure or major projects
  • Strong understanding of contract frameworks and administration (e.g. NEC or similar)
  • Experience working across multi-sector or multi-project environments
  • Established professional networks and experience within the Irish market
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with the ability to influence outcomes

  • Professional development and accreditation support (including opportunities aligned to NEC and commercial disciplines)
  • Access to our Global Career Framework and international opportunities
  • Wellbeing initiatives through our Culture of Caring
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, nationally significant projects in Ireland
  • A collaborative, people-first environment where your career development is prioritised

Our Commitment

With a strong pipeline of work and growing demand across Ireland, this is a key hire to support both project delivery and future growth. You’ll be joining a business that is expanding its commercial capability and investing in talent to deliver the next generation of infrastructure.
