As a Planner at Jacobs, you’ll be a key driver behind the successful delivery of major programmes and critical infrastructure across Ireland. You’ll play a pivotal role in:

You’ll own the creation, updating, and maintenance of detailed project schedules — ensuring every step is clear, achievable, and aligned with delivery goals;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules that underpin successful outcomes
- Track progress, monitor performance and analyse variances against the baseline plan
- Provide accurate, data-driven schedule insights for forecasting and decision-making
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and workstreams to ensure coordinated, timely delivery
This is a high‑visibility role where your planning expertise drives trust, clarity, and confidence across the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules
- Strong understanding of planning tools and methodologies (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to spot trends, risks, and opportunities
- Strong communication skills — able to bring multiple stakeholders together around a clear plan
- A proactive, detail‑driven mindset with a passion for enabling successful project delivery
